The ID is an important document which certifies that an individual is a registered student of Dominican School. No stickers and other accessories should be place or worn with it.
Any Student who is caught borrowing or lending his/her ID will be meted disciplinary sanction.
For the student's protection, s/he is required to don his/her ID inside the campus. Those without ID will not be admitted in their class. Failure to bring their ID the third time will be sanctioned with one day suspension. Lost ID should be reported to the Discipline Coordinator for possible replacement. A fee of P200.00 will be charged for the replacement exclusive of the ID lace.
