II. ADMISSION POLICIES A. Admission of New Students 1. Admission is open to applicants who meet the necessary age requirement by June of the school year applied. The age requirements are as follow: Nursery ---------------------------------------- 3 years old by June Kindergarten ------------------------------------- 4 years old by June Preparatory ----------------------------------- 5 years old by June Grade One ---------------------------------- 6 years old by June 2. The Grade School and High School Departments are open to qualified applicants in the different levels except Grade VI and Fourth Year. 3. Acceptance of the applicant is based on the result of the entrance examination and interview conducted by the Admission Committee. 4. The admission requirements include the following. 4.1 Admission Application Form * Information Sheet * Medical Certificate * Recommendation Letter/ Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school attended * Academics Records 4.2 Two photocopies of NSO - issued Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate with original copies for authentication 4.3 Four copies of 1 x 1 recent colored picture 4.4 Entrance Test Fee |
