F. Payment of Fees


1. Table of tuition and miscellaneous fee is posted during the enrollment period for guidance.

2. Only manager and cashier's check are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.

3. Payment plans are as follow:

Plan A - Cash                           All fees are paid during enrollment

Plan B - Semestral                   Initial payment is made during Enrollment. Final payment is due on the first week of October,

Plan C - Quarterly                   Initial payment is made during enrollment. Quarterly payment is paid on the first week of each quarter (September, December, February) 

Plan D - Monthly                      Initial payment is made during enrollment. Monthly payment is paid not later than the 5th day of each month.

4. Kinder and Prep pupils can only avail of Plan A

5. It is understood that when a student enrolls, it is for the entire year. Therefore, a student who transfers or withdraws 30 days after the beginning of classes has the obligation to pay all school fees. A student who drop or withdraws in writing can refund his/her tuition fee i  accordance with the following rules:

5.1  10% less from the total amount due for the year if s/he withdraws within the first week of classes, regardless of whether or not she has actually attended classes.

5.2  20% less from the total amount due for the term if s/he withdraws within the second up to the third week of classes.

5.3 A student may be charged the school fees in full, if s/he withdraws anytime after the thirty days from opening of classes. However, if the transfer or withdrawal is due to a justifiable reason, the student shall be charged pertinent fees only up to and including the last month of attendance, upon the approval of the Directress/Principal.

6. A fine of fifty pesos per month regardless of the mode of payment shall be charged for the late payment of tuition fees.

7. Any certification requested is issued upon payment of a fee at the Treasurer's Office after three(3) working days from the date of request.

8. Financial obligation must be settled two days (2) before the periodical examinations. Examinations permit is issued by the School Treasurer after all accounts has been settled.

9. Official receipts for any payments made shall be kept intact.

10. The school applies for increase in tuition and other fees when necessary, in accordance with DepED regulations and guidelines to enable it to upgrade instruction and physical resources.
