B. Application Procedure 1. Application should secure a copy of the admission kit from the Guidance and Testing Office 2. Upon completion of requirements, application form is submitted to the guidance office for entrance test/interview schedules. 3. Entrance test should be taken on the scheduled date after paying the testing fee at the Treasurer's Office. 4. Result of the entrance examination will be posted at the Guidance Office a week after taking the exam. 5. Applicants who pass the entrance exam will be issued DS Form 2 (enrollment permit) by the Guidance Office. |
